- Conduct a variety of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
- Prioritize patient comfort and safety during procedures, providing clear and compassionate explanations for every step
- Work closely with radiologists and referring clinicians to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, promptly addressing any technical issues
- Document procedures accurately and maintain thorough patient records within the electronic medical system
- Remain abreast of advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
- Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred
- Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
- Exceptional technical skills in sonographic imaging and patient positioning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
