Registered Nurse - Inpatient Rehab

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. This role involves providing high-quality patient care to acute inpatient rehab patients, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. As a Registered Nurse, you will be expected to fill in for the charge nurse as needed, ensuring a smooth operation within the unit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in an inpatient rehab unit.
• Assist in charge nurse duties as needed.
• Coordinate and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1.5 years of inpatient rehabilitation nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification is required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Must have a valid state nursing license at the time of submission.

Schedule

This is a night shift position, working three 12-hour shifts from 18:45 to 07:15. Candidates should be available for every other weekend shifts.
