We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (PCP) to join our growing team in Baltimore following a physician transition. Our care model is designed around smaller patient panels, interdisciplinary collaboration, and proactive wellness-focused care for Medicare-eligible adults and underserved senior communities.
