Senior QA Engineer

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week) Type: Full-time | Direct Hire Compensation: up to $105K base salary + bonus (based on experience) Comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurances) Short- and Long-Term Disability (STD/LTD) HSA & FSA options PTO About the Role We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join a fast-growing, collaborative software team focused on building complex, enterprise-grade applications. This is a highly automation-driven role with minimal manual testing. You will design and execute scalable automated testing strategies, contribute to performance and API testing efforts, and help drive quality across a high-volume release environment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced Agile teams and enjoys solving complex quality challenges. What You’ll Do Design and implement automated test cases for enterprise web applications Develop and maintain automation frameworks using tools such as Testim, Katalon, Selenium, Cypress, or similar Write and maintain test scripts using Java Perform API testing and validate backend integrations Execute performance, load, and stress testing Audit automated test results and troubleshoot failures Manage high test volumes within 3–4 week release cycles Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and QA leadership Contribute to improving automation efficiency, including exposure to AI-assisted testing workflows What We’re Looking For 5+ years of QA engineering experience with a strong focus on automation Hands‑on experience with enterprise automation tools (Testim preferred; Katalon, Selenium, Cypress, or similar acceptable) Strong scripting experience in Java Solid experience with API testing Comfortable working with SQL to validate data Experience with performance, load, and stress testing Ability to manage high test suite volumes in fast release cycles Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong collaboration and communication skills Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Experience in SaaS, B2B, or B2C application environments (not solely internal systems) Experience designing or integrating AI‑driven automation workflows ISTQB certification Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems Experience supporting complex, multi‑environment testing infrastructures #J-18808-Ljbffr
