Our education staffing agency is seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals to support students in a school-based setting during the 2026-2027 school year. Position Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to students in classroom, small-group, and one-on-one settings.
• Assist teachers with implementing instructional activities and classroom routines.
• Support students with academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and daily living skills as needed.
• Reinforce classroom expectations and behavior intervention strategies.
• Assist students in maintaining focus, engagement, and participation throughout the school day.
• Support students with special needs and help implement accommodations outlined in IEPs.
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist with classroom organization, materials preparation, and data collection.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, therapists, and administrators to support student success.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all district, state, and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree, paraprofessional certification, or college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience working with children in educational, childcare, behavioral health, or community settings preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain patient, professional, and flexible in a fast-paced school environment.
• Experience supporting students with special needs or behavioral challenges is a plus.
