The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of IT experience with a proven track record of designing, architecting, and developing scalable enterprise applications while leveraging AI technologies to accelerate software development, improve application capabilities, and drive innovation. The candidate will play a key role in designing AI-powered application solutions, integrating Generative AI into enterprise applications, leading application architecture initiatives, and driving the adoption of AI-enabled development frameworks, cloud-native technologies, and modern software engineering best practices across the organization.Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical SkillsHands-on experience with: AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)Generative AI / LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.)Expertise in application architecture and system designExperience in: Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systemsKnowledge of data engineering, APIs, and system integrationAI-Specific SkillsUnderstanding of AI pipelines, model deployment, and monitoringAbility to evaluate and apply AI tools in application development lifecycle Technical LeadershipCollaborate with product, data, and business teams to translate requirements into solutionsDrive adoption of AI-enabled development tools and frameworksProvide training to the team for using AI Capabilities Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical thinkingExcellent communication and stakeholder managementLeadership experience in guiding cross-functional teams Preferred QualificationsExperience implementing AI in enterprise applicationsExposure to DevOps / MLOps practicesKnowledge of Responsible AI and governance principlesPrior experience in a technical lead or architect role About AgreeYa: AgreeYa is a global systems integrator delivering a competitive advantage for its customers through software, solutions, and services.
