Digital Art Director
$45 - $50 per hourMindlance
Position Details:
- Location Preferences:
- 1st choice: Local to Richmond, VA
- 2nd choice: Any other bank People Center location
- 3rd choice: Remote (within EST time zone)
- Bill Rate: Up to $45-50/hour (some flexibility)
- Contract Length: 1 year (potential for extension and conversion)
- Supporting the Performance Marketing Team within Digital Marketing
- Focused on display advertising, thumbnails/clickbait campaigns, social media outreach, Meta and YouTube advertising
- Will work under Senior Designer - Nisha Bhatt ( )
- Initial focus on production-oriented tasks with opportunities for conceptual work after onboarding
- Strong potential for long-term career growth within the team
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and design
- Cross-team collaboration skills required
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
- Figma familiarity preferred (not required)
- Experience creating Meta display templates (high volume, updated quarterly)
- Work includes social media content , YouTube video assets
- Motion design, animation, and video editing are a plus, but not mandatory
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry is a plus
- Strong examples from social media and digital marketing spaces
- Print design experience is a plus
- Illustration and video samples are a plus
- Likely a 2-round interview process
