Service Desk Representative

Requirements: High School Diploma Must have a flexible schedule as demands might require working at least two weekends per month, evenings, holidays and special events. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service, preferably in an athletic club, as a Barista, or other service industry preferred. Specific Responsibilities: Be able to count and verify cash, shift activity, and gift certificates, with departing shift. Be able to use basic computer skills. Multi-tasking is a priority. Be able to recognize and greet our members by name. Make coffee and smoothies in a precise and efficient manner. Answer multiple phone lines and be able to transfer and voicemail as necessary. Keep locker rooms cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies. General Responsibilities: Work with members and guests in a respectful and courteous manner. Remain sensitive to others and maintain a genuine interest in working for our members' best interests. Maintain a positive attitude while working with team members. Demonstrate qualities of leadership, responsibility, and maturity. Alert supervisor of any current or potential problems. Possess good communication and written skills.
