Role Overview TRG Management is a leading property management firm with experience in subsidized, workforce, affordable, mid-rises, high-rises, luxury rentals, and single-family homes. Managing approximately 20,000 units across several states, we currently oversee over 100 properties and aim to provide an exceptional living experience. Responsibilities Ensure achievement of the community’s leasing and occupancy goals. Represent the TRG brand by embodying our mission, vision, and values, infusing them into resident programs and relationships. Go beyond expectations to make living in the community relaxed, easy, and unique. Plan resident events, activities, and loyalty programs that add value and drive incremental revenue. Manage resident communication initiatives, effectively identifying and sharing meaningful information. Keep a finger on the pulse of resident satisfaction to deliver exceptional service. Update and monitor key performance indicators that measure traffic activity, closing ratios, application and leasing signing, resident satisfaction, move‑ins/move‑outs, renewal rates, and other community metrics. Research and establish programs for each phase of the resident lifecycle—from application to lease signing to renewal. Maintain a database of proven best practices for resident experience programs. Guide your team in creating meaningful resident experience programs by developing tactical plans and evaluating community performance. Inspire community colleagues to continually strengthen resident event strategies. Partner with teams from other communities to deepen the company’s relationship with residents and achieve retention goals. Serve as a go‑to resource for residents and community teams.
