Numerous ways to advance & make more $$$!About the role:As a caregiver, you’ll be a trusted companion and a source of support for someone navigating the challenges of dementia. Your kindness, patience, and understanding will help brighten their days and provide comfort to their family.What you’ll do:Offer companionship and help with everyday tasks like meal preparation, dressing, and personal hygiene.Create a safe and calming environment, providing emotional support and encouragement.Engage in activities that promote mental stimulation, like memory games, gentle exercise, or simply sharing stories and laughter.Assist with medication reminders and other important care routines, always with warmth and sensitivity.What we’re looking for:Must be 18 years or older.Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.A compassionate, patient, and kind individual who is dedicated to providing high-quality care.Experience with dementia care (preferred but not required—we offer training for the right person).A good listener who can offer comfort, reassurance, and a calming presence.Someone who takes pride in making a difference, no matter how small the gesture.About Us: We are a locally owned and operated home care agency.
