Senior Director, National Accounts

Sarepta Therapeutics seeks a Senior Director of National Accounts to develop and execute account strategies for payer and pharmacy benefit manager relationships. The role involves managing complex negotiations with commercial health plans, Medicaid, and PBMs while collaborating cross-functionally to support product access and market objectives.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute account-level business plans for payer and PBM customers across multiple lines of business
• Lead development and maintenance of medical policy initiatives; support product access and formulary placement
• Provide market feedback to leadership on customer trends, competitive landscape, and industry opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, medical affairs, and operations to achieve corporate objectives
• Assess and communicate perceived value of future product launches to payer stakeholders

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years national/regional account management experience with established key account relationships
• Payer and PBM account management experience across commercial, Medicaid, and managed Medicaid
• Medical policy and contracting expertise; Buy and Bill (J-Codes) experience required
• Proven success managing new product launches with payers and PBMs
• Strategic thinking across multi-stage product portfolios with pricing acumen
• Ultra-orphan biopharmaceutical industry experience preferred

Compensation: $247,200 - $309,000 per year
