Senior Scheduler

Senior Scheduler MagTech is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to support complex Department of Defense (DoD) programs. This position will serve as a lead scheduler responsible for developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), supporting Earned Value Management (EVM) requirements, and providing guidance to other scheduling professionals. Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000
Schedule: 9/80 Work Schedule (Every Other Friday Off)

- Develop, maintain, and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for DoD programs.
- Support resource-loaded schedules and Earned Value Management (EVM) requirements.
- Perform Critical Path and Schedule Risk Analysis.
- Ensure compliance with DoD scheduling standards and requirements.
- Support Program Management and Finance teams with reporting and program performance tracking.
- Provide training and guidance to Cost Account Managers (CAMs) and other schedulers.
- Communicate schedule status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience.
- 5+ years of DoD program scheduling experience.
- Strong knowledge of Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) and Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Deltek Open Plan, and/or Primavera P6.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- PMP and/or PMI-SP certification.
- Master's Degree.
- Experience with defense contractors such as General Dynamics, BAE Systems, Oshkosh Defense, Navistar Defense, or similar organizations.
- Up to 10% travel required.
- Occasional international travel may be required.
