Warehouse generalist

• Performance Metrics: Own and report on daily KPIs (Throughput, Pick Accuracy, and Dock-to-Stock time).
• Technology Integration: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of automated sorting systems and AI-driven inventory tracking.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of 20+ associates, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
• Compliance: Ensure the facility meets all 2026 OSHA safety standards and environmental sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

2. Inventory Controller (Data & Accuracy)

This role acts as the bridge between the physical floor and the digital WMS (Warehouse Management System).

• Audit Management: Leading Cycle Counts and investigating "ghost inventory" (items showing in the system but missing on the shelf).
• Discrepancy Resolution: Working with the Receiving team to resolve mismatches between Purchase Orders and physical arrivals.
• Slotting Optimization: Determining where items should be stored to maximize picking speed.
• Reporting: Providing the sales or procurement teams with real-time stock levels to prevent "Out of Stock" scenarios.
