Customer Care Coordinator

Position Overview The Customer Care Coordinator will respond to warranty requests, dispatch Service Technicians, track completion and quality of service, generate reports, and work closely with subcontractors to manage billing and invoicing processes. This role includes responsibility for quality control and warranty service administration. Responsibilities Respond to warranty requests and coordinate Service Technician dispatch. Track completion and quality of service calls, ensuring customer satisfaction. Generate and maintain reports on warranty activities and quality metrics. Work closely with subcontractors to manage billing and invoice processes. Oversee quality control and administrative aspects of warranty service. Qualifications Two or more years of experience in fast-paced residential construction. Knowledge of all aspects of construction trades. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including exceptional telephone skills and etiquette. Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to keep detailed documentation.
