Employed, Permanent Position: 100% Outpatient Family Medicine Practice
Desirable Practice Setting: Direct Primary Care model focused on relationship-based and preventive medicine without insurance-driven quotas
Work Life Balance: Flexible schedule with 4 clinic days and 1 dedicated administrative day
Culture & Support: Dedicated 1:1 MA support + live specialty consults and procedural support
Ideal Work Environment: 30-60 minute appointments allowing for full-scope, quality patient care
Optimal Patient Volume: prioritize continuity of care over metrics; average 5-8 patients per day

Qualifications

Degree: MD or DO
Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Licensure: Active state medical license or ability to obtain one
