- Culture & Support: Dedicated 1:1 MA support + live specialty consults and procedural support
- Ideal Work Environment: 30-60 minute appointments allowing for full-scope, quality patient care
- Optimal Patient Volume: prioritize continuity of care over metrics; average 5-8 patients per day

Qualifications
- Degree: MD or DO
- Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Licensure: Active state medical license or ability to obtain one
- Experience: Full-scope Primary Care; procedural experience welcomed
