American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 26-week outpatient travel assignment with ATI Physical Therapy in Goodyear, AZ, using InSync EMR.

Requirements

• Active PT license required; candidates may begin with a compact license but must obtain full AZ state licensure during the assignment
• 1 professional reference required for consideration
• SSN required for consideration
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Candidates who have previously worked at this facility in a PRN or permanent capacity must have been separated for at least 1 calendar year before returning as a traveler
