Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Maintains professional licensure in good standing and completes all state mandated continuing education requirements

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 5x8
• Outpatient setting with 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits

Location Highlights

Conifer offers mountain living about 35 miles southwest of downtown Denver and provides access to outdoor recreation year-round. Staunton State Park is about 20 miles away and features more than 3,800 acres with hiking, rock climbing, and waterfalls. Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre is roughly 25 miles from Conifer, and the area also provides convenient access to US Highway 285 for commuting into the Denver metro area. Nearby Pike National Forest surrounds the region with trails, scenic drives, and wildlife viewing, making the area a fit for clinicians who prefer a quieter setting with direct access to the Front Range.
