Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ACR Home Health Experience Assignment Details Shift Days: M-F Coverage area includes Deerfield south to the Ohio border and overflow coverage in the northern Downriver area. Expected travel may extend within an hour radius based on referral needs.
