Compensation & Benefits

$35+/hour plus commission, with the opportunity for experienced service electricians to earn $80,000$120,000+ per year.

What You'll Do

This is a residential electrical service position, not new construction. You won't spend every day on the same jobsite pulling wire.

• Run residential service calls throughout the Capital Region

• Diagnose electrical problems and troubleshoot a wide variety of residential systems

• Explain your findings clearly to homeowners and present appropriate solutions

• Complete high-quality repairs, upgrades, replacements, and installations

• Work safely, follow code, and treat every customer's home with respect

Our professional customer service and dispatch team handles scheduling and keeps your day organized, so you can focus on taking care of the customer and doing excellent electrical work.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential electrical experience

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Able to independently run residential service calls

• Solid understanding of residential electrical systems and code requirements

• Pride in clean, professional workmanship

• Strong communication skills with homeowners

• Valid driver's license

• A positive, professional attitude and a desire to keep learning and improving

You don't need to know everything. But you should be a good electrician, care about the work you produce, and want to be part of a company that expects high standards from itself and its team.

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week, MondayFriday. No weekends.
