Job Description:

• 0 - 3 years of experience as an operations associate, administrative coordinator, or project coordinator
• Experience in an administrative, operations, finance, or project coordination role
• Bachelor's degree
• Highly-analytical; comfortable working with data and finances
• Energized by startup/fast-paced environments and skilled at context-switching
• Stakeholder-facing / strong communication skills. Comfortable working directly with COO
• High-slope progression; promoted in previous role or similar signs of excellence

NICE-TO-HAVE:

• Experience in a role bridging product and operations
• Master's degree
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR) and bookkeeping workflows

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Keep records accurate and organized across Google Drive, Notion, and archives, with timely updates and version control
• Take ownership of accounts payable/receivable support, including invoice processing, tracking, reconciliations, and follow-ups
• Work closely with the COO, Operations Managers and Chief of Staff to maintain contract and compliance document workflows
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and briefing notes that keep leadership informed and day-to-day operations running smoothly
• Help administer tools and systems (Google Workspace, accounts and licenses) and monitor shared inboxes as needed
• Contribute to process improvements and special projects from start to finish, working across teams to expand what the ops team can deliver
