This is a confidential search for a Physical Therapist at one of San Diego's most sought-after outpatient orthopedic practices. This is a therapist- and family-owned clinic with multiple locations across San Diego - known not just for exceptional patient care, but for having one of the best workplace cultures in the region. Who They're Looking For

This practice is very selective. They can train any motivated therapist to become an expert clinician - what they can't teach is personality. They're looking for someone who has a genuine passion for helping patients, a standout personality that people gravitate toward, a hunger to keep learning, and a high standard for themselves both clinically and personally. At least 1 year of outpatient experience is preferred, though exceptional new graduates will be considered.

Patient Population

Primarily outpatient orthopedic, with some light neurology and pediatrics (ages 7+). Aquatic therapy is available at select locations - low-stress, effective, and helpful for hitting visit goals.

Mentorship & Education

This is where the practice truly stands out. A Director of Education personally visits each clinic location to work one-on-one with every therapist. Monthly paid NOMPTI education meetings are held at each clinic. Twelve or more outside CE courses are brought directly into the clinics each year at no charge - including DNS, IPA, Vestibular, Pelvic Floor (Herman & Wallace), SFMA, Neurodynamics, Hyperkinetics, Stick Mobility, and more. The practice also pays for your OCS or SCS board certification exam, prep course, and APTA membership. AI dictation software is provided, saving therapists 4-8 hours of documentation per week.

Benefits

Medical (employer contributes $195/month), dental (employer covers 50%), vision, 401(k) with 3% employer match, 80 hours PTO with year-end cashout, 40 hours paid sick leave, and 6 paid holidays. $500 bonus for taking a student, plus $1,000 if the practice hires them.
