Weekly Pay | $20/Hour | Customer Service at Lihue Airport Looking for a customer service job that keeps you active instead of sitting behind a desk all day? Join EDS Service Solutions and become part of a team supporting some of the nation's leading rental car companies at Lihue Airport (LIH) If you're outgoing, dependable, and enjoy helping people, this is a great opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) , you'll assist customers throughout the rental and return process while helping keep daily rental car operations running smoothly. Location: Lihue Airport (LIH)Pay: $20.00 per hour
Pay Schedule: Weekly Pay What You'll Do
- Welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the rental and return process
- Prepare and complete rental and return documents
- Review rental agreements, rates, charges, and return information
- Answer phones and assist customers with questions
- Help resolve customer service issues
- Provide directions, maps, and local area information
- Assist with vehicle preparation when needed
- Wash, vacuum, disinfect, and refuel vehicles as needed
- Work as part of a team to provide a smooth and efficient customer experience
- $20.00 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Work with a major rental car operation
- Customer-focused, fast-paced environment
- Stay active throughout your shift
- Work around newer vehicle models

- Must be at least 20 years old
- Valid US drivers License
- Clean driving record for the past 3 years
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Able to walk, bend, twist, and remain active throughout your shift
- Dependable and able to work as scheduled
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
