As a Phlebotomist, you will perform routine laboratory activities, including patient receiving, venipuncture, and computer data entry. Your work ensures accurate and efficient specimen collection, supporting healthcare providers in delivering exceptional patient care. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of our laboratory services.

What You Will Do

• Perform venipuncture and other specimen collection procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Receive patients, verify patient information, and ensure proper specimen labeling.
• Enter patient and specimen data into laboratory computer systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and infection control protocols.
• Assist with other laboratory clinical functions as needed.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• 6 months to one year of on-the-job experience in venipuncture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of Medical Assistant or Certified Phlebotomy training program.
• Previous computer experience.
