Position Overview As a Universal Banker within PNC’s Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Denver, CO at the Green Valley Ranch & Tower branch. Job Description Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer’s financial wellbeing. Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound interactions, service to sales, teller interactions, and appointment setting. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions. Use ecosystem partnerships and community centers of influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships. Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively. Demonstrate sound judgment in risk management and adhere to policies and procedures. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications The successful candidate must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for this role. Strong banking product knowledge and experience in retail banking. Excellent communication skills and ability to leverage technology. Proactive sales experience with proven results. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team. Experience with risk management and adherence to regulatory requirements. Minimum 3+ years of relevant banking experience. An associate’s degree or equivalent education is preferred; in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s), and experience may be considered. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, skill, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with performance‑based payment.
