Internally, we are equally committed to excellence, driven by data, process discipline, and a strong culture of continuous improvement.Overview:Our Sales Coordinator will be a critical team member who contributes to the overall success of AMEND's sales function. This is a sales enablement role that will support our sales leaders through sales collateral development, process improvement, and event planning and hosting. Our Sales Coordinator will also manage input and accuracy of sales data in our CRM system. The contributions of our Sales Coordinator will allow our sales team to maximize their impact in external spaces to support AMEND's growth in the coming years.This is a non-client-facing role and reports to the Director of Operations.Key Responsibilities:Sales Collateral Development:Create sales collateral for sales executive team in a timely manner, to be used in support of sales cyclesBuild presentation decks and materials for critical sales events and speaking engagementsEnsure that case studies, pitch decks, and other sales collateral align with AMEND's standard marketplace messagingData and Reporting:Facilitate weekly reviews with sales leaders about their open sales cycles, and identify important updates that must be recorded in the system, such as opportunity and project specific detailsMaintain sales activity data entry as needed and ensure accuracy of Salesforce and other critical dataMaintain sales team performance reporting on a regular basisSales Content & Engagement Process:Create and manage monthly sales newsletters aligned with market trends and client priorities, collaborating with sales leadership and internal teams on content development.Lead execution of the quarterly webinar series, including topic coordination with sales and delivery teams, attendee management, and CRM tracking.Maintain engagement activity, registrations, responses, and post-event follow-up within the CRM system, including webinar recordings, attendee tracking, and sales support reporting.Events & Conferences:Responsible for facilitating AMEND's assessment review process of sales events, sponsorships, and conferencesResponsible for coordinating AMEND event/conference planning, inclusive of invitations and other event preparation activitiesIdentify and resolve conflicts for sales leaders for key sales eventsSales Operations:Responsible for the administration, versioning, and accessibility of the sales team's playbooks, training materials, and Standard Operating ProceduresWorking with other staff members from departments such as marketing, delivery, and finance to help ensure strong cross department communication for daily activities and during internal initiativesBuild a strong understanding of AMEND's offerings and ways of workingAssist in preparing and organizing sales cycle materials for sales leadersAll other duties as requiredQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business (or equivalent work experience)Proven relationship building and interpersonal communication skillsExperience in support of executive team membersExperience in managing multiple prioritiesFamiliarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools (preferred)Familiarity with ZoomInfo or similar Lead Generation tools (preferred)Preferred Attributes:Ownership and independence of one's workProactive, action-oriented mindsetDetail-oriented and resourcefulComfortable working independently and collaborativelyFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities and needsConfident navigating ambiguity and identifying gaps or opportunities for improvementTakes initiative to drive solutions forward and proactively move work ahead without waiting for direction*Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment Visa at this time.*
