Chaiwale & Co. is looking for friendly, hardworking, and hospitality-focused Baristas to join our team in Redlands, CA!

We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy working with customers, love coffee and chai, and take pride in creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, chai, teas, and other beverages
• Prepare and handle food according to food safety guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience
• Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions
• Keep the café, counters, beverage stations, and dining areas clean and organized
• Wash dishes and assist with general cleaning as needed
• Restock cups, ingredients, supplies, and other items
• Follow recipes, preparation standards, and food safety procedures
• Work efficiently and calmly during busy periods
• Work as part of a team and assist coworkers when needed
• Help with opening and closing duties
• Perform other café duties as needed

A genuine love of chai, coffee, and café culture is a big plus ! We want team members who are excited about our products and enjoy sharing that enthusiasm with our customers. Previous experience making espresso, coffee, chai, or specialty beverages is a plus, but w e're willing to train the right person.
FOOD HANDLER CARD

Because this position involves food and beverage service, a valid Food Handler Card is required, or you must be willing to obtain one.

EXPERIENCE

Previous coffee shop, restaurant, café, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required . We are willing to train the right person.

Position Barista

Employment Part-Time / Full-Time

Pay $17.00-$19.00/hour + tips, depending on experience

Schedule Flexible - including mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays
