Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 18 months Home Health experience; 2-5 years of med-surg experience preferred License: Current active Nursing License in New Hampshire Certifications: BLS certification required Must-Have: Current Home Health experience required Previous Hospice experience preferred Ability to work independently and flexibly in response to changes in work volume and schedule Ability to function in any home situation Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team Proficiency in electronic medical records data entry Valid driver's license and auto insurance Description: As an RN, you will create a tailored plan of care for Client patients. You will have the opportunity to care for patients at all stages of life in the comfort of their own homes. Our RNs possess a wide skill set, which expands significantly in the home care setting. You will be an integral part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team. You will maintain a high level of autonomy and work to the top of your license.
