Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a well-established HVAC and plumbing service provider located in Round Rock, TX. This locally owned company has been serving the Central Texas area for over 20 years and is known for its commitment to quality workmanship, responsive service, and a strong reputation within the community. They specialize in residential and commercial mechanical systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and plumbing systems.

As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Scheduler/Dispatcher to join their team and help ensure service operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE

Hours of Operation : Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming service calls and inquiries from clients promptly and professionally.
• Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians efficiently to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, scheduling changes, and customer interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring resolution.
• Assist in administrative tasks related to scheduling and dispatch operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, scheduling, or dispatching roles.
• Strong tenure in previous work history demonstrating reliability and commitment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and scheduling software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the HVAC or mechanical services industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of scheduling software and CRM systems.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and maintain professionalism under pressure.
