Process parts according to shop work order and applicable specifications and drawings. Follow instructions from supervisor pertaining to specific instructions or tasks. Ensure integrity of incoming parts (damage, scratches, etc.). Complete work order and all necessary paperwork according to job, drawings and specifications. Manage hazardous materials safely and in accordance with state and federal regulations. Accountability - Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions. Accuracy - Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly. Communication, Oral - Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word. Customer Oriented - Ability to take care of the customers' needs while following company procedures. Detail Oriented - Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task. Ethical - Ability to demonstrate conduct conforming to a set of values and accepted standards. Goal Oriented - Ability to focus on a goal and obtain a pre-determined result. Pay Rate: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
