Leadership & Operations Management Direct daily warehouse activities and staff. Manage staffing schedules and prioritize tasks. Develop training plans focused on safety. Maintain SOPs and job descriptions with HR. 2. Warehouse Performance & Target Achievement Meet efficiency and on-time shipping targets. Ensure inventory accuracy and space utilization. Monitor operational and logistics budgets. 3. Inventory Control, Receiving & Shipping Manage dock operations and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO). Coordinate raw material staging for production schedules. Oversee audits, shipping manifests, and BOL documents. 4. Food Safety, Quality Assurance & Facility Sanitation Maintain SQF Level 3 certification and audit readiness. Coordinate QA inspections and lot tracking. Oversee sanitation, pest control, and GMP/OSHA compliance. 5. Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving Lead process improvements and root-cause analysis. Experienced in system implementations is huge plus Troubleshoot WMS, logistics, and equipment issues.
