**Compensation:** $100,000 - $145,000 per year

In your role, you will be responsible for optimizing capital investments and managing supplier relationships while ensuring the successful execution of projects. You will work closely with global procurement teams, engineering, operations, and other internal stakeholders to achieve your goals.

As a Procurement Manager, you will:

Develop and implement CapEx sourcing strategies that not only optimize costs but also maintain supply continuity and uphold quality standards. You will manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from crafting Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), and Requests for Proposal (RFP) to supplier selection and purchase orders. Your expertise will shine as you lead procurement activities for production equipment, engineering projects, and facility construction.

Collaboration will be key in your role. You will work alongside Operations, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Sales teams to support capital investment initiatives. You will identify, evaluate, and develop both domestic and international suppliers, negotiating complex, high-value contracts that mitigate commercial and operational risks.

Your analytical skills will be essential as you apply Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis to evaluate capital investment decisions. You will also establish and monitor procurement KPIs, focusing on cost savings, supplier performance, and project delivery metrics. By developing supplier and market intelligence, you will uncover cost reduction opportunities and innovative sourcing solutions.

Coordination is crucial, and you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and in compliance with applicable regulations. Additionally, you will support international equipment procurement, navigating import/export requirements with ease. Maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, and service providers will be a significant aspect of your role.

- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, coupled with extensive experience in procurement management, particularly in capital expenditures.

- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing and project management, with a strong understanding of contract negotiation.
