InCare is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Hospital Medicine team at Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital in Concord, New Hampshire . This position offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative inpatient rehabilitation setting, caring for medically complex patients while working alongside an experienced team of physicians, APPs, nurses, therapists, and case managers.
