Klamath Falls Honda is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team! In this role, you'll help customers find the right vehicle for their needs while creating relationships that lead to long-term loyalty and referrals. Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off - weekends required.

Compensation: Full Commission

What You Will Do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships for long-term client retention.
• Use consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs.
• Stay knowledgeable about all inventory, packages, incentives, and technologies.
• Provide professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations.
• Follow up with customers to generate repeat and referral business.
• Practice overcoming objections and improving closing skills.
• Report progress, planned activities, and sales performance to the Sales Manager.
• Maintain professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude each day.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 6 months sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Proficient finance knowledge, documentation skills, phone etiquette, effective scheduling.
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
• Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs, eager to improve.
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
