Details Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab setting 4x10 hour day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Call requirements include 1 to 2 weeknight call shifts (Monday-Friday) and one weekend call shift of 3-24 hours per month Preferred experience with Cerner charting system Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent experience within the last 7 years in cardiac cath lab Must have completed at least one prior travel assignment Current BLS and ACLS certification required CCI RCIS or ARRT-R certification required MD state license required if candidate holds ARRT certification (license required if applicable) Required skills include interventional cath procedures, cardiac stent placement, scrubbing to maintain sterile field, right and left heart catheterization, rotablader, thrombectomy, stents, PCI, PTCA, and balloon angioplasty Preferred skills include acute monitoring, room circulator duties, ACIST, Watchman procedures, Impella insertion, and TAVI/TAVR Must be able to function effectively in a high-paced, efficient environment Additional Information Responsibilities include performing interventional cardiac cath lab procedures such as stent placement, catheterization, and angioplasty Must be a strong team player Scrubs are provided Weekly orientation provided Accepts local candidates within 60 miles at a lower rate Candidates must live within 60 miles for consideration or the local rate applies American Traveler Job ID P-730163.
