Carpenter II – Residential Remodeling | Norfolk Kitchen & Bath
Norfolk Kitchen & Bath is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our residential remodeling team. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. What you'll get to do:
- Install cabinetry, crown molding, trim, and other finish carpentry components
- Execute designs, floor plans, and elevation details accurately
- Perform residential remodeling and finish carpentry work
- Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the project
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Minimum of 5 years of residential finish carpentry and remodeling experience
- Demonstrated expertise in cabinet installation and crown molding
- Ability to read and interpret floor plans and elevation details
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and safely work from heights
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience working in two-person installation crews
- Comfort with technology for communication and job tracking
- Experience coordinating directly with project managers and other trades
