Grants Project Specialist

Job Description This position focuses on reconciling grant data between the State's new ERP system Workday, state agency records, and federal drawdown data. Training on state grant data and reconciliation methods will be provided at the beginning of the engagement, after which the candidate will work directly with state agency staff to perform data reconciliation. Duration 3 months to start. Responsibilities Reconcile grant data between Workday, state agency records, and federal drawdown data; collaborate with state agency staff in data reconciliation. Requirements Strong data analytics skills Proficiency in Excel Willingness to learn the state's method for data reconciliation Strong attention to detail Excellent problem‑solving skills Sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy Preferred Experience with federal grants (preferred but not required) #J-18808-Ljbffr Talent Groups
