This individual will lead the HR function for approximately 400 employees across the US, Canada and Latin America and manage a team of 10+. The role is hybrid, with 3-4 days per week in the company’s Midtown Manhattan office.In this role, you will:Partner with regional leadership to translate business priorities into strategic HR initiatives across workforce planning, talent management and succession planning.Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner and coach to senior leaders, ensuring people strategies support broader business objectives.Lead performance management, employee relations and HR risk-management initiatives across the region.Collaborate with global HR teams across talent acquisition, learning, compensation and benefits while driving employee engagement and effective internal communications.Manage and develop a team of 10+ HR professionals across the US, Canada and Latin America.The ideal candidate will bring:10-15+ years of progressive HR experience with a stable track record of tenure.Strong experience supporting the Americas region, ideally including the US, Canada and Latin America.Proven leadership experience managing and developing a sizable HR team.Experience working within a complex, global organization.The ability to travel approximately 15–20% throughout Canada and Latin America.If this describes you, please apply!
