Mental Health Therapists (Multiple Roles) Sunny Days Therapeutics is a growing mental health practice, located in Watkinsville, GA, that provides both in‑person and virtual therapy services to children, adolescents and adults. We are expanding our team and hiring Child/Adolescent and Adult Therapists. This 1099 contractor position offers flexibility, the opportunity to establish a full caseload and experience with a range of populations. Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. Conduct sessions using evidence‑based therapeutic techniques. Collaborate with families, schools and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support. Monitor and document client progress toward goals and adjust treatment as needed. Create a safe, welcoming environment that fosters trust and growth. Requirements Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or a related field. Current state licensure or license‑eligible (MSW, LMSW, APC, or LAPC). Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents and/or adults. Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to maintain timely and clinically accurate documentation. Professional liability insurance coverage. Free supervision (2 individual + 2 group sessions per month). Annual license renewal reimbursement up to $100, with receipt. Annual continuing education reimbursement up to $130, with receipt. Flexible caseload with the ability to accept as many or as few patients as you’d like.
