MES Engineer

We are seeking a MES Engineer to join our team remotely!Responsibilities:Support and enhance manufacturing technology platforms and applicationsConfigure and maintain industrial connectivity solutions and data historiansTroubleshoot OT data flow, integration, and communication issuesPartner with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and IT teams to deliver technology solutionsImplement and support MES, historian, and manufacturing data systemsDevelop technical documentation including process flows, system architecture diagrams, and integration specificationsCreate and support real-time dashboards and manufacturing performance reportingAssist with Industry 4.0, smart factory, and digital transformation initiativesServe as a technical resource and subject matter expert for manufacturing data platformsSupport multiple manufacturing facilities and collaborate with global stakeholdersRequired ExperienceStrong SQL and database experienceExperience with industrial data historians (OSI PI)Experience with industrial connectivity solutions (Kepware or FactoryTalk)Experience integrating manufacturing equipment and data systemsUnderstanding of MES, SCADA, or manufacturing execution technologiesKnowledge of industrial communication protocols such as OPC, OPC UA, MQTT, or ModbusExperience troubleshooting data collection, system interfaces, and manufacturing applicationsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPLC integration or industrial controls experienceOEE and manufacturing performance reportingAPI integrationsIndustry 4.0 initiativesJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
