Daytime Team Member

This is not a seasonal position. Only those that have some daytime availability between the months of August and May need apply. We’re hiring daytime team members at a busy Robeks location in Westlake. This role is ideal if you’re looking for a consistent daytime schedule that fits around school hours or other responsibilities. We are not hiring for summer-only positions. This position is only available to those with daytime availability throughout the whole year . Pay $16.50–17.50/hr average (base + tips, based on the past 6 months of team data) Base pay starts at $14/hr + tips Tips typically average $2.50–$3.50/hr depending on shift Shift & Schedule Day shifts only All hours between 6:30am–4:00pm No nights, ever Flexible scheduling within that window (you set your availability) 3–5 weekday shifts Why people like this job No nights — ever Set your availability We work around school drop-off / pick-up times Consistent weekly schedule Clean, upbeat environment (no grills, no late-night rush) What you’ll do Make smoothies, fresh juices, and açaí bowls Take customer orders and handle transactions Prep ingredients and restock Keep the store clean and organized What we’re looking for Reliable and on time Friendly and customer-focused Able to work 3–5 weekday shifts Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Can lift 30lbs No experience needed—we’ll train you.
