Travel Inpatient Rehabilitation Physical Therapist - $2,218 per week

Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – San Antonio, Texas. Job Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Evaluation, development, and execution of a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in an acute care setting. Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians). Bill within the respective facility following guidelines. Understand and comply with PT board rules and regulations in the respective state. Interface with medical center personnel and physicians to ensure team-focused plan of care. Understand adaptive equipment. Evaluate and create a plan of care, and modify it based on patient condition. Use medical center computer systems in daily tasks. Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines. Qualifications Must have 6 months of experience (new grads encouraged to apply). 1 year of experience accepted for exceptional candidates. Must have BLS certification and state‑specific licensing. Physically able to stand, walk, and bend for long periods. Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
