Position Overview

We are on the lookout for passionate and empathetic Primary Care Physicians (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to become part of our expanding teams in Northern Virginia. With multiple full-time positions available, we seek healthcare professionals dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-focused care within a collaborative and nurturing clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services to a varied patient demographic.

• Diagnose, treat, and oversee both acute and chronic health conditions.

• Conduct routine physical examinations, preventive health assessments, and wellness evaluations.

• Create individualized treatment plans and offer health education to patients.

• Work in conjunction with specialists and coordinate patient care as necessary.

• Provide light phone call coverage for urgent matters or follow-up inquiries.

• Collaborate with a supportive medical team, including mid-level providers.

• Ensure accurate and current medical records are maintained in the EMR system.

Essential Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.

• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in Virginia.

• Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

• Familiarity with or eagerness to learn the EPIC (EMR) system.
