Key Responsibilities Develop and execute branch business plans to drive growth, customer retention, and acquisition. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including proactive outreach and community engagement. Support sales initiatives, including cold calling and referral development. Lead strategic planning, monitor performance, and implement improvements. Coordinate program and product rollouts, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. Manage operational efficiency, handle complex customer issues, and maintain knowledge of industry trends. Foster a diverse, inclusive culture, attract talent, and support team development and performance management. Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and risk management standards. Qualifications & Skills 5-7 years of relevant experience with supervisory or management background. Deep knowledge of retail banking products, services, and operational processes. Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and influence skills. Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and understanding of compliance standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
