Assistant Manager

XO TACO is HIRING - FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER. We're looking for an experienced, energetic, hands-on Front of House Manager to join the XO Taco team! We're looking for someone who: Leads by example and knows how to motivate a team. Has a strong understanding of hospitality and guest service. Can confidently manage a busy dining room and bar. Is organized, dependable, and able to multitask. Understands scheduling, labor, and the importance of controlling costs. Can handle guest concerns professionally and turn a problem into a positive experience. Communicates well with both FOH and BOH. Isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed. Brings positive energy and takes pride in creating a great restaurant experience. This is a hands-on leadership position: We want someone who enjoys being on the floor, developing their team, and making sure XO Taco is running at its best every shift. Previous food & beverage/retail management experience. Experience in training, managing and coaching a team. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Decision-making and problem-solving skills. Able to work a flexible schedule and weekends Good math skills. Attention to detail.
