Job Description

**Responsibilities:**

• Assist in managing daily operations of a high-volume store location, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
• Supervise and support team members, providing guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback to foster professional development
• Help train new and existing staff members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
• Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and conducting regular inventory counts
• Support cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records and transactions
• Help develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
• Address customer concerns and complaints professionally, working toward satisfactory resolutions
• Assist with scheduling and workforce management to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours
• Demonstrate strong self-motivation and take initiative in identifying and solving operational challenges
• Support the Store Manager in executing company initiatives and maintaining brand standards
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and accountability

**Compensation & Benefits:**

Starting pay ranges from $14 to $17 per hour, with flexible scheduling available up to 45 hours per week. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) retirement savings, and profit sharing opportunities.
