We serve some of the most vulnerable populations in our community children, families, and military-connected adults with a commitment to clinical excellence, ethical practice, and measurable outcomes.We are expanding our outpatient clinical team and are seeking fully licensed clinicians ready to build a sustainable caseload with the backing of an established organization.The OpportunityThis is a full-time 1099 contracted position with a 60/40 revenue split in the clinician's favor. You focus on clinical work we handle everything else. You set your schedule within our service hours, grow your caseload at your pace, and retain the flexibility of contracted work while benefiting from the infrastructure of a multi-program agency.Work Setting: HybridTelehealth (remote) sessions from your home officeIn-person sessions at our Fayetteville officeSchool-based therapy through our active contract with Cumberland County Schools a built-in referral pipeline for clinicians who enjoy working with youth in their natural environmentPopulations You'll ServeChildren & Adolescents (Ages 420)Trauma and complex trauma (including foster care populations)Depression and mood disordersADHD and executive functioning challengesAnxiety disordersDisruptive behavior and other behavioral health diagnosesAdults (Ages 2160) Primarily Military-ConnectedActive duty, veterans, military spouses, and family membersCombat and operational stressDeployment-related adjustment concernsTrauma, depression, anxiety, and co-occurring concernsGiven our Fort Bragg/Fort Liberty proximity, military cultural competence is strongly valued.QualificationsRequired:Full, unrestricted North Carolina clinical license preferred: LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCAS (associate/provisional licenses are eligible for this posting)Master's degree from an accredited program in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related clinical fieldClean licensure record and ability to pass credentialing with NC Medicaid and major commercial payersMinimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experienceExperience with at least two of the following populations: children with trauma, youth with behavioral disorders, or military-connected adultsReliable high-speed internet and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace for telehealthComfort with electronic health record documentation and meeting note-completion standardsPreferred:Training in trauma-focused modalities (TF-CBT, EMDR, CPT, PCIT)Experience in school-based mental health settingsMilitary cultural competence or lived military-connected experienceBilingual (English/Spanish)What FSA Provides Value of the 40% Agency ShareUnlike private practice, you do not carry startup costs, overhead risk, or administrative burden.
