Leasing Specialist

Job Description

Our client, a local property management company is seeking an experienced Leasing Specialist to support their housing community. This is a full-time, long term temporary opportunity paying $20 -$23/hr. (depending on experience) with a full-time, Mon-Fri onsite schedule. Apply today!

Responsibilities

Greet and tour prospective residents
Build rapport and guide prospects through the leasing process
Achieve and maintain occupancy goals
Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and community features
Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects

Qualifications

3–5 years of apartment/multi-family leasing experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Friendly, professional, and engaging personality
Sales-driven mindset with a consultative (non-aggressive) approach
Stable work history reflected on resume
Ability to pass a background screening
