Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

$1713.60/week - Job Summary: Seeking a travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical Surgical unit to provide exceptional patient care and support in a dynamic healthcare setting. This role requires a dedicated professional capable of adapting to fast-paced environments and delivering evidence-based nursing interventions. Responsibilities: Coordinate and implement patient care plans in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols. Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions to ensure accurate and timely information flow. Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies following safety guidelines. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care. Educate patients and families on post-discharge care, medication management, and health maintenance. Maintain compliance with all clinical policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Valid and active RN license in the state of practice. Minimum of 1 year of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
