Restaurant Supervisor

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Monitor restaurant associates in their daily work tasks and assist staff as required. Supervise guest service in the restaurant and bar, ensuring brand standards are upheld. Establish and reinforce side work by restaurant staff to confirm completion. Communicate daily special groups and/or tastings to be held in the restaurant. Set up and confirm daily floor plan and coverage with staff. Provide approved training for all new hires in the restaurant and/or bar. Assist with and/or provide menu classes and/or taste panels to staff. Enforce safe and accurate cash and card handling by staff. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must have at least one year of restaurant dining supervision with face‑to‑face interactions with guests. Must complete Alcohol Service Certification.
