Physician Assistant | Surgery - Vascular Location: Bronx, NY Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Location: Bronx, NY Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000 annually ✨ Role Overview Join a growing vascular surgery and vascular medicine team as a Physician Assistant ! Collaborate with vascular surgeons and multidisciplinary clinical teams to provide comprehensive care for patients with arterial and venous diseases. Deliver high-impact care in outpatient clinics and procedural settings. Key Responsibilities Perform patient histories, physical exams, and focused vascular assessments Evaluate and manage conditions including PAD, venous insufficiency, DVT, carotid disease, aneurysms, and chronic wounds Order and interpret diagnostic studies (vascular ultrasound, ABI/PVR, CTA/MRA, labs) Assist with pre- and post-operative care for vascular procedures Participate in inpatient rounds and consults as applicable Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with vascular surgeons Prescribe medications and adjust therapies per clinical protocols Educate patients on disease processes, procedures, and post-treatment care ️ Document encounters accurately and timely in the EMR Coordinate care with referring providers, imaging, wound care, and ancillary services Participate in quality improvement initiatives and service line growth Requirements ✅ Required: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Active New York State PA license NCCPA certification Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Preferred: Experience in vascular surgery, vascular medicine, cardiology, or general surgery Experience in outpatient vascular clinics or procedural settings Familiarity with Epic or similar EMR systems BLS and ACLS certification Benefits Practice Highlights & Benefits Collaborative, patient-centered outpatient and procedural environment ❤️ Exposure to a wide range of vascular conditions and interventions Opportunities for professional growth and skill development Supportive multidisciplinary clinical team
